Course description
In this class, students will work on two architectural designs: an elementary school and an art museum.

In the first half, students will propose an elementary school appropriate for the site, taking into consideration both the fact that it is an important public facility that supports the local environment and that it is an educational facility where children will live together for the first time.

For the museum in the latter half, the main theme is to create a museum space that skillfully incorporates beautiful natural light. Proposals should be made for an art museum and landscape integrated with the exterior space while taking advantage of the site conditions.

Both projects are based on actual sites, and students are required to visit the sites, research the surrounding environment, and reflect the findings in their plans. Students will work in small groups to develop their designs and drawings.
