Course description
 A balance of nutrition, exercise, and rest is important for maintaining and promoting health. Disturbance of these balances causes various diseases. In this lecture, we will explain the causes of various diseases and show the results of research on improvement by regular exercise and diet for prevention and improvement of these diseases.
Handouts of this course are written in both English and Japanese, but language of the majority of lectures and video teaching materials is Japanese. In order to confirm the level of understanding, a small test will be carried out after each lecture.
Purpose of class
 The purpose is to understand specific methods for maintaining and improving health through exercise and diet.

Attendance of 2/3 or more is required to take the final examination.
