Sketching and prototyping are important tools for designers to organize their own thoughts and and lead to new insights while
stimulating their thoughts by moving their hands. And they are also important to develop designer’s observation, analysis,
composition, modeling, expression abilities. In this course, students will learn the basic skills to draw objects and people
in a short time, which is essential for all design activities, and also learn the importance of materializing the thoughts
organized with the sketches into prototypes.
1. To learn the importance and enjoyment of expressing one's ideas through sketches and prototypes.

Students will be assessed by the final submission of the Sketching Exercise and Prototype Exercise, based on the assumption
that they will have submitted homework for each session.
