Course description
This course focuses on managing lifestyle to improve the quality of life, and students are required to record data on their lifestyle. Students are also required to practice sportsmanship in class, which is regarded as the most important evaluation in this course. As for the course of Sports communication acquiring individual performance skills will be emphasized.

Practice sportsmanship by Wellness Sports class, and improve lifestyle
