Course description
機器の開発、設計、生産を行なうものづくりの過程において、ITの活用は必要不可欠のものとなっている。この中でも機械の設計、製造、解析を計算機支援よって行なうCAD/CAM/CAEシステムの学習を行なう。計算機上に三次元のモデルを構築し、その解析、製造データ出力も計算機を用いて行なうことにより、性能の高い製品を少ない人手で短期間に、また省資源で製作することが可能となる。CAD/CAM/CAEシステムには統合型CADシステムのCreo(PTC社)を使用する.
Use of information technology is becoming essential In the process of product development, design, and production. Students will study CAD / CAM / CAE systems that perform machine design, manufacture and analysis with computer assistance. By constructing a three-dimensional model and performing analysis and production data output using the computer, it is possible to produce high-performance products with short term, fewer labor and resource saving. An integrated CAD system Creo (PTC Corp.) is used as the CAD / CAM / CAE system.
Purpose of class
CADによる二次元の製図、三次元モデリング、CAEによる運動・強度解析、汎用加工機およびNC工作機の基本とCAMによる加工データ出力の座学による学習とCAD/CAM/CAEシステムによる演習を行なう。
Students will learn two-dimensional drawing by CAD, three-dimensional modeling, motion and strength analysis by CAE, basics of general-purpose machines and NC machine tools and output of manufacturing data by CAM through study in classroom and practice by CAD / CAM / CAE system.
Goals and objectives
  1. CADによる三次元モデリングの方法を理解し、機械のモデリングが行なえる。
    Understand the method of three-dimensional modeling by CAD and able to model machines.
  2. 二次元製図の方法を理解し、機械の製図が行なえる。
    Understand the method of two-dimensional drawing, and able to do the drawing of the machine.
  3. CAEにより行なえる解析の概要について理解できる。
    Understand the outline of analysis that can be performed by CAE.
  4. 工作機械による加工の基本を理解し、CAMにより加工データの出力が行なえる。
    Understand the basics of machining by machine tools, and able to output machining data by CAM.

Evaluation method and criteria
提出課題(5回以上)により100点満点で成績をつけ評価する.合格基準は必要な全提出物の80%以上が提出され.その各完成度が80%以上となっていること.
The score is scored on a 100-point scale according to the submitted exercises (five or more). The acceptance criteria over 60 points can be obtained by submitting at least 80% of all required submissions and the degree of each completion must be over 80%.
