    コンピュータが高度に発展した現在においてはシミュレーション技術によって様々な課題解決方法が模索されています．その中でも人々の行動や意思決定に起因する社会問題の改善方法を模索するためには，個々人の情報が必要になります．しかしながら，個々人の情報は個人情報保護やプライバシーの観点から利活用が困難です．

    当研究室では個人情報保護やプライバシーに配慮しつつも実社会をコンピュータ上に模倣した人工社会の構築や人工社会を用いたデータ分析，シミュレーションに関する研究を扱います．総合研究IIでは総合研究Iで決定した研究テーマと目的について具体的な研究に取り組みます．人工社会の構築に関する研究では，新手法を検討，実装，従来手法と比較し，提案手法の有用性を検討します．人工社会を用いたデータ分析，シミュレーションに関する研究では，関連するデータを収集し，データ分析やモデル化，シミュレーションを実施し，より良い社会を模索します．
