There are a wide variety of materials used in buildings, and it is essential to deepen one's understanding of the various
properties of these materials in order to create superior architecture and rich spaces. In particular, the performance requirements
of finishing materials vary depending on the area and application, and in some cases, in addition to design, thermal properties,
acoustic properties, and other functional properties, ease of replacement and recyclability are also required.
In this lecture, students will learn about the classification of finishing materials, their characteristics, properties, usage, and maintenance methods, and will acquire a system and practical methods for selecting appropriate materials and using them for a long time.
