Course content
This course provides basic scientific knowledge of conventional materials such as metals, alloys, polymers, composite materials, magnets, and woods/plants for students who are not major in materials science.
Purpose of class
The purpose of this course is to understand the properties of various materials, e.g. metals, alloys, ceramics, glass, polymers, and natural materials, that students may use in their master projects.

  2. The students will understand recent knowledge of newly developed materials
  3. The students will learn how to utilize the knowledge in the individual research or project
