1 Functional Material Engineering Exercise 1
The ubiquity of information in recent years is largely due to the development of rapidly advancing electronic devices. Teaching
in functional material engineering is conducted in relation to each research theme. Mainly concerning subjects related to
the reading and discussion, exercises on basic matters.
- Understand functional materials and can propose research plans.
- Experiments can be conducted as planned. Schedule can be managed.
- Can report on research results.
The main themes are as follows.
1. Improvement of characteristics of ferroelectric thin film materials by element substitution
2. Development of thin film formation technology by micro liquid process
3. Energy harvesting using piezoelectric material
4. Thin film pattern formation by maskless exposure
Evaluation method and criteria
