Processing processes which make possible high quality and ultrahigh precision machine parts will be discussed. Specifically, processing processes which predict and control material changes and which realize high quality and new functions, processes which realize ultrahigh precision parts, and computer supported processing processes which enable such high quality and ultrahigh precision processes will be discussed.
