Course description
This course deals with the mechanical drawing and mechanical design.
Purpose of class
To master the rule of mechanical drawing in Japan (Japanese Industrial Standards : JIS) and strength calculation of main mechanical elements
Goals and objectives
  1. To understand third angle projection and drawing rule of mechanical elements.
  2. To learn machining and fabrication.
  3. To calculate strength of main mechanical elements
  4. To read drawings of main mechanical elements.
