Course description
The students learn reliability and quality analysis method in the industrial field. In the lecture, the statistics for the reliability and quality are also learned. Additionally life cycle assessment of industrial products are also lectured.
Purpose of class
To achieve the engineering object, that is "To create products and to use them in the society", the students take basic knowledge on reliability and quality control.

  1. Be able to evaluate reliability and quality control
  2. Be able to apply statistic knowledge and skill to reliability and quality control engineering
  3. Be able to find the relation of the lectures learned with practical industrial application

Evaluation method: To pass the criteria, total score of both the report and the final examination score must be more than 60.
