Research Content
The research on mechanical reliability in microstructures such as semiconductor interiors will be started. Since this research uses mechanics of materials, fracture mechanics, and computational mechanics, Graduation Research 1 aims to master the basics of stress and fracture analysis using computer simulation as the starting stage of the research, and to be able to derive stress and fracture mechanics parameters of the object in the given research theme using linear analysis by the finite element method. The students will be able to derive the stress and fracture mechanics parameters of the object under study.
