Course description
This class is designed to improve social skills and physical fitness through the practice of sports and to cultivate habits of risk management at all times.
Purpose of class
Understand and practice sportsmanship and show leadership in situations. In addition, students will manage their lifestyle not only in class but also establish proper lifestyle habits.
Sport Fitness and Health 1 is the sportsmanship introduction phase and requires students to understand and practice the theory.
