Course description
Building construction system refers to the completion of a work called architecture within the contract period and at a reasonable cost, in accordance with the requirements of the employer, while complying with relevant laws and regulations based on design documents. Lectures on construction and production will introduce examples of typical projects, as well as state-of-the-art building technologies that will play a role in the present and near future. In addition, in the field of construction and production, it is important to understand that building works with people from a variety of industries and to experience the real pleasure of manufacturing. Additionally, the lessons involves in the building construction systems using the pre-cat RC technologies.
Purpose of class
In addition to understanding the flow of building construction, as well as understanding construction drawings and process drawings through lectures, learning building technology of buildings of various structural forms, in the near future, building construction, which is the origin of "MONODUKURI" in the near future. Acquire basic knowledge to be able to play an active part in the production field. Also, in this lecture, we will invite people who are active in the actual construction site and give them the opportunity to touch on specific examples including tours of the construction site, so that we can understand the “MONODUKURI'' of architecture.

出席・授業内小テスト・レポート課題20%、中間テスト40%、学期末テスト40%で評価する。

Applicable Until now, Professor has experience 20 years of a researcher, 2 years of a structural designer and 1 year in TAKENAKA corporation, which is one of 5 big general contractors in Japan. And then, Professor have several knowledge and experiences from Urban design, design-built and constructions. And, the professor has 1-st grade Architect. As a result, the professor is able to give several presentations based on actual experiences for students.
