3 Global Electronic Information System Experiment 1
- This course can be taken during an exchange program at an overseas partner university designated by the Department of Electronic
Information Systems.
- In the first semester of the third year, if a student completes and earns credits in courses equivalent to Electronic Information
Experiment I or Information Experiment I at the host university, or in courses appropriate for the first semester of the third
year based on the academic training and educational goals of the Department of Electronic Information Systems, these courses
are approved as credits for Global Electronic Information System Experiment I. In the second semester, students can choose
either Electronic Information Experiment II or Information Experiment II.
Acquire the ability to master how to conduct experiments, accurately grasp problems, and consider them from the viewpoint
of science and engineering, including knowledge in the field of electronic information systems. Acquire the ability to understand
and prepare English technical documents and communicate with overseas engineers and students.
- You are able to accurately grasp the problem and consider it from a science and engineering perspective, including knowledge
in the field of electronic information systems, as well as mastering how to conduct experiments,
- You are able to understand and write technical documents in English and communicate with overseas engineers and students.

Evaluation method and criteria
Students pass the course with a grade of 60% or higher of the total scores.
The total score consists of (1) the course credits taken at the study abroad destination and the portfolio (weekly progress
report) (50%), and (2) presentation (report on the results of the project) (50%).

Textbooks and reference materials
Depends on the designation of the host university.
- If you wish to study abroad in the second semester of your third year, you must apply to your course instructor or homeroom
teacher by the end of the first semester guidance of your third year at the latest.
- It is desirable for students to have earned sufficient credits by the first semester of the third year, and to have fulfilled
the requirements for entering the fourth year, except for the credits earned in this course.
