Course content
Japan's construction production system is expected to undergo major changes in the future, and students will gain a deeper understanding of three key concepts that are likely to become even more important: "ordering method," "facility management," and "public-private partnerships" through case studies and discussions. This course is positioned as an internship-related subject in that students will learn and think for themselves about the meaning of these concepts that they will likely encounter in their future work. It is deeply related to internships, and aims to improve students' ability to adapt to construction work after graduation.
*Must be taken in conjunction with Special Lecture on Construction Production 2. Students are not permitted to take only one of the two courses.
Purpose of class
近年の国内における建設プロジェクトでは、BIMをはじめとした情報化技術の発展、建設発注方式の多様化、専門工事会社に求められる役割の拡大、働き方改革の実践などにより従来の生産システムがドラスティックに変化しつつある。ただし、解決すべき問題は多く、法律、業界の慣習、諸外国における事情など広範な知見が必要になる。授業においては、各問題領域の第一人者、特に実務者が直面している課題や取り組みについて理解を深めることを目的とする。

  1. 建設産業が抱える問題を理解し、技術者として取り組むべき課題を議論できる。
  2. 建築プロジェクトに関わる主体者の役割や各々に求められる責務を説明できる。
  3. 建築生産に関する技術の最新動向を理解し、今後の方向性について議論できる。
  4. 建設技能者や技術者を取り巻く環境を理解し、取り組むべき課題を議論できる。
  5. 建築生産マネジメントの実務について、事例を通してその内容を説明できる。
  6. 建築生産マネジメントについて実務者に適切な質疑をおこなうことができる。
