Course content
The students study the basics of stars and planets concentrating on the solar system. Sometimes they are expected to report their established results including plotting graphs.
Purpose of class
The purpose of this class is to understand the structures and radiative mechanisms of the Sun and other stars by using physics.

  1. Understanding and describing the techniques of observations of space.
  2. Understanding radiations from celestial objects.
  3. Understanding the emission from the Sun.
