Course content
- In this course, students will acquire basic concepts, knowledge, and skills related to “management”, “organizational/human resource management” and “leadership”, which are indispensable for becoming leaders who can run organizations/teams in the real society.
- This course provides not only provides opportunities to acquire knowledge but also practical studies of organizational/human resource management and leadership through discussions/workshops, etc.
- This course is designed not only for students who are familiar with management/business administration but also for students who are unfamiliar with those areas, involving necessary peripheral knowledge, contexts and actual cases.
Purpose of class
The purpose of this course is to cultivate required capabilities for leaders who can move organizations/teams in the real society.
1. Students will understand basic concepts related to management and organizational/human resource management.
2. Students will understand the basic concepts, knowledge and skills related to leadership in running an organization/team.
3. Students will acquire practical leadership capabilities based on the basic concepts, knowledge and skills learned in this course.
