KARIYA Yoshiharu

CETINKAYA AHMET
Course description
In Research Exchange on Campus 1, students join a laboratory outside their core course within the College of Engineering for half a term, where they can learn about various research methods, guidance styles, and cultural aspects. This experience facilitates interdisciplinary engagement and the formation of additional mentorship relationships. Additionally, students can overcome challenges in their graduation research or discover solutions through approaches in different fields.

Before the research exchange takes place, an agreement is reached between students, substantive supervisors of the students, and the supervisors of the visited laboratory.
Purpose of class
Students can visit research laboratories to tackle challenges in their graduation research. If students encounter obstacles in their graduation research and seek knowledge from other fields or research methods, they can visit laboratories from other courses, subject to an agreement between their supervisor and the supervisor of the visited laboratory.
