2 Electric Circuits
Most biomedical techniques convert the detected biosignals into electrical signals. In addition, there are many opportunities
to use the latest electric instruments in the biomedical engineering field. In this course, students will learn about the
basic knowledge of electrical phenomena and electrical circuits necessary to understand these biomedical technologies.
The purpose is to learn the basic knowledge of electrical phenomena and electrical circuits that are necessary for understanding
biomedical technologies such as medical and welfare equipment.
- Be able to perform calculations on basic DC circuits with understanding of basic electric low such as Ohm's low and Kirchhoff's
Law.
- Be able to explain the functions of coils and capacitors with understanding of the basic principles of AC circuits. In addition,
be able to perform calculations on basic AC circuits.
- Be able to have interest and consider the relationship between electric circuit and biomedical engineering.
