Course description
Students systematically learn about the atoms that make up the understanding of atoms constituting all substances on the earth and the atoms.
In addition, to learn how to represent chemical formulas and chemical reaction formulas representing chemical changes, and to be able to calculate the quantitative relationship of chemical reactions.
Learn the basic compounds necessary for biology, pharmaceutical science, medicine, etc.
Purpose of class
In order to acquire the fundamental academic skills of chemistry, students acquire basic knowledge on the formation of molecules from the composition of atoms.
Goals and objectives
  1. Substances can be classified into simple substances and compounds, and compounds can be classified into ion compounds and molecules.
Chemical formula, chemical reaction formula can be written, chemical change and its quantitative relationship can be calculated.
  2. Understand that the chemical nature of atoms is due to electron arrangement.
Understand the relationship between chemical bond and electron orbit.
  3. Understand the relationship between force acting between molecules and electronegativity.
Explanation of the state change of the substance and calculation using the gas law can be done.
  4. Solubility and concentration can be calculated.
Understand the quality of the solution.
  5. 酸と塩基について理解し、酸化還元反応を説明できる。
