Course description
Physics is a basic field of academic study of engineerings. On addressing a variety of engineering problems, it is very effective to study physical points of view and understand fundamental ideas, principles, and laws. In physics I class, we learn about fields of wave motion, light wave, thermal action and thermal dynamics.
Purpose of class
To understand the basic concepts and laws of wave motion and thermodynamics, and to be able to make use of them.
Goals and objectives
  1. One can understand basic ideas and laws of wave motions, and one can apply them to the concrete issues.
  2. One can understand natures and behaviors of light as wave, and one can apply them to the concrete issues.
  3. One can understand basic ideas and laws of thermal dynamics, and one can apply them to the concrete issues.
