Course description
The "Pre- and Post-Guidance for Teaching Practice" is one credit unit linked to the "educational training" subjects offered at the University. Educational training is conducted in the first half or the second half of the four-year period, but classes for "advance and post-service guidance" are offered from the first half of the four-year period. The contents of "advance guidance" consist of lectures on various knowledge necessary for practical training. In addition, The “Pre- and Post-Guidance for Teaching Practice” is mainly focused on reviewing and evaluating educational training. Note that “advance / post-guidance” is not recognized as an independent credit, separate from the “educational training” credit.
Purpose of class
Students will know the necessary tasks in the practical training and understand the state of subject guidance. Students also learn how to write an educational training diary, attitudes in orientation at the training school, and so on. The purpose is to share the information obtained during the teaching practice with other teaching professional students, and to connect to the teaching practical training.

  1. The students prepares the necessary knowledge as a teacher in advance and can understand the significance of "practice" concretely assuming the school site.
  2. The students can increase their ability to grasp students' developmental stages, interests, and interests, and make use of various teaching and support opportunities.
  3. Based on the teaching method of the subject, students can practice teaching material research, create teaching plans, mock classes, etc. practically, criticize each other and deepen their awareness of problems.
