4 Undergraduate Thesis Research 1
Based on the basic knowledge and experimental techniques acquired by the third year, students conduct research on their own
research themes in their laboratories and present the progress of their research.
The objective is to develop the ability to conduct experiments and research on a specific theme and present the progress of
the research, making full use of the basic knowledge and experimental techniques learned.
- Be able to set academic and socially significant themes in consultation with academic advisors.
- Be able to conduct research on previous studies related to the research topics.
- Be able to use the basic knowledge and experimental techniques learned to promote experiments in accordance with the research
theme.
- Be able to give a presentation on the progress of the research.

In consultation with the faculty advisor, establish an academic and socially significant theme related to life sciences and
biomedical engineering.
Conduct research on previous studies related to the research theme.
Promote own experiments in accordance with the research theme using the basic knowledge and experimental techniques learned.
Make an oral presentation on the progress of the research at the interim presentation meeting.
