Course content
Items those need to be understood relating to the planning and design of dwelling environments at the district level of residential urban areas will be explained, and the significance of each item will be learned through specific cases of planning.
Purpose of class
The aim of this class is to understand the urban design control system and the methodology of sustainable urban design.
Goals and objectives
  1. To understand the system which controls the building and urban morphology
  2. To learn design control methods and their examples in foreign countries.
  3. To learn theory, methodology and assessment system of sustainable urban design
