Course content

少子高齢化、グローバリゼーション、環境問題等、現代社会が乗り越えるべき課題は、深刻化、複雑化している。この様な中、システム科学的なアプローチにより社会現象を科学的に理解する必要性が高まっている。本講義では、代表的なテーマとして、共同体形成、内集団びいき、互助制度に関して、社会システム科学を展開する。
We live in very complicated modern society. We will try to understand it by constructing agent-based model of liberal community, in-group, and a social movement like micro finance.

共同体や社会に対する進化的モデルの理解を通して、社会システム観を涵養する。ｔ
To learn the sense of social systems through understanding evolutionary models of community and society.

Evaluation method and criteria

To be evaluated with reports and presentation (50;50)
60 points are necessary for credit. 60 points mean understanding basic concepts to achieve all goals.
Studesnts with frequent absence may not be able to take the examination.
