Mechanical drawing is a common language for mechanical systems. It is necessary to be able to accurately communicate the design
intent with others through the drawings. In Engineering of Machine Design 1, students will learn the rules of JIS-compliant
mechanical drafting, and students will be able to understand the mechanical drafting accurately and draw the basic shape as
an accurate mechanical drafting. In this lecture, as a further application, detailed parts drawings and assembly drawings
will be created with reference to the actual "screw type jack device" which is an actual mechanical system.
The goal is to achieve the following three points for the shaft system, bearings, and transmission devices, which are important
mechanical elements in mechanical design.

Submissions related to basic calculation are evaluated at 40%, submissions related to drafting are evaluated at 60%, and 60%
