Department of Architecture 3. 3.自然科学や人文社会科学に関する知識を援用して、建築にかかわるさまざまな事象を論理的に説明することができる
Department of Architecture 4. 4.建築設計や建築技術に関する体系的な専門知識を身につけ、それらを応用することができる
Purpose of class
Students will understand the basic charasteristics of R/C structure, and they will obtain the skill for estimating the structural safety of R/C building.
Course description
Reinforced concrete (R/C) is one of mian structural types of buildings. Reinforcement and concrete should function jointly against force acting on R/C buildings. Structural mechanism of R/C beam and column will be intoroduced in order to understand the structural design of R/C building.
Goals and objectives
  1. Understanding the characteristics of R/C structure
  2. Developing the skill for structural design of R/C beam and column
  3. Estimating the structural safety of R/C building
