Purpose of class
Understand the flow of maintenance, maintenance and renovation of existing buildings, acquire basic knowledge on diagnostic methods on structures, structural materials, exterior and waterproofing etc, repair / refurbishment technology.
Also understand the theory and practical examples of seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete buildings, the actual materials of structural materials and repair / repair technology for exterior and waterproofing.
Course description
Domestic buildings are in a state satisfying quantitatively, and from the time the new construction work was the center of activities, the emphasis on activities has shifted to how to care for and utilize existing buildings. When maintaining, preserving and renovating buildings, it is requested to investigate and diagnose what kind of buildings are the buildings subject to maintenance maintenance / renovation, and to cope with it properly .
In this lecture, we will focus on reinforced concrete buildings, seismic diagnosis and refurbishment of structures, deterioration and survey and diagnosis methods of reinforced concrete, repair and refurbishment technology, deterioration and repair / refurbishment technology for exterior and waterproofing, asbestos in existing buildings Learn about countermeasures.
