1 Life Function Control Engineering
The aim of this course is to develop specialized knowledge and experimental and analytical skills for understanding and controlling
biological phenomena from an engineering perspective, and to cultivate highly skilled researchers and professionals who can
contribute to research and development in the medical and health-related fields.
This course aims to cultivate the advanced knowledge and experimental skills necessary for the preparation of doctoral dissertations.
The course trains researchers and professionals with advanced expertise who can solve global problems for the realization
of a sustainable society by collaborating with researchers and engineers around the world.
In this department, students acquire specialized knowledge and skills to understand and control life phenomena from an engineering
perspective. Through experiments and simulations, they analyze biological functions and apply their findings to the development
and design of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, rehabilitation equipment, biomaterials, and nutraceuticals.
