Realization of various elemental and advanced technologies related to the design, evaluation, and optimization of antennas
and radio wave propagation in wireless communication systems
This course focuses on research related to radio wave propagation, antennas, beamforming, and multiple access techniques in
wireless communications. Students will acquire advanced knowledge and practical application skills related to the latest technologies
in these areas.
- To understand the latest technologies related to radio wave propagation and antennas, and develop the ability to identify
research issues.
- To propose solutions to the identified issues and evaluate their effectiveness and performance through analysis and verification.
- To research radio wave propagation and antennas, and present findings through conference presentations and academic publications.

Students will develop a research plan for their topic, carry out the research, and present the results.
Research progress and methodology will be reviewed and discussed in laboratory meetings.
Evaluation method and criteria
Evaluation will be based on participation in lab meetings, presentations, and reports (70%), and papers and external presentations
(30%). A total score of 60 or higher is required to pass.
