SAITOU Makoto
Purpose of class
Learn about power control technology, which is essential to modern society, focusing on its component technologies.
Course content
After thoroughly studying the fundamentals of power electronics and control engineering, he will work on research and development of power electronics circuits that "anticipate the needs of society."
Goals and objectives
  1. Students will be able to understand the circuit configuration and operating principles of basic power electronics circuits and design them (selecting the ratings of elements).
  2. Understand classical control and be able to design control systems for power electronics circuits based on that understanding.
  3. You will be able to use representative circuit simulation software to evaluate power electronics circuits.
