KIMURA Masaomi

YANG KUNHAO
Purpose of class
Original research is conducted through the development of new algorithms and systems for databases and data analysis methods, and their application (to data in fields such as medicine, education, and safety).
Course content
This course deals with the following themes. Students are required to read the related papers.
・Mechanism to realize data mining analyses
・Data mining technique
・Text mining technique
・Application mining techniques to data related to safety
・Fundamental and application techniques of ontology data

Students are also required to make a study in the related study area and make a
presentation at a Domestic/International conference.
Goals and objectives
  1. Students can explain how to find a problem in data engineering.
  2. Students can develop the methodology to solve the problem and can implement a program to evaluate the method.
  3. Students can make a presentation of their research progress at a domestic or international conference.
