1 Advanced Mathematical Analysis /Exercise 1
Seminar for Writing a Master's Thesis
The graduate students will have weekly seminars to prepare for their master’s thesis.
In the seminars, graduate students will read and reflect on papers related to their respective themes.
- Acquire the mathematical knowledge and skills necessary to write a master’s thesis.
- Acquire the knowledge and skills in numerical analysis necessary to write a master’s thesis.
- Acquire the knowledge of mathematical modeling and peripheral sciences necessary for the preparation of a master’s thesis.
Relationship between 'Goals and Objectives' and 'Course Outcomes'
The graduate students will have weekly seminars to prepare for their master’s thesis.
Evaluation method and criteria
The content of the regular seminar (50%), and the master’s thesis (50%)
If the total of each evaluation is judged to reach 60%, the student will pass.
