Purpose of class
The purpose is to understand the computer architecture to utilize computers efficiently.
Course description
The course deals with the basic architecture of computer and data processing mechanisms at the micro-structure level.
Goals and objectives
  1. Understand the hardware of computer
  2. Understand how software is executed on top of computer hardware.
  3. Understand the relationship between software and hardware, and how software is affected by hardware and vice versa.
