Purpose of class
This course aims at obtaining knowledge and basic skills about research design procedure for quantitative research projects. By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1. Obtain knowledge and skills of basic data acquisition methods including psychological approach and simulation.
2. Perform efficient data acquisition and analysis.
3. Explain data analysis results accurately.
Course description
In the scientific research processes, steps of data acquisition, analysis and interpretation are recognized as critical ones. This course covers basics of research methodology and its design focusing on psychological approach and simulation. Students work on a series of group work where data acquisition and analysis for learning research design processes.
