Purpose of class
To perform correct training by referring to own physical strength and physiological data.
Course description
Not only the knowledge for maintaining and improving health is obtained, but also the exercise which is more suitable for oneself is groped in practicing various exercises. Ultimately, you’ll be able to plan and plan your health training.

This class is mainly face-to-face.
You will learn how to measure your physical fitness and how to train, so please wear clothes that allow you to exercise.

  3. To be able to perform exercise program and modified accordingly.
