Using ”Organic Chemistry” 9th edition of first volume by John McMurry, the lecture on physical and chemical properties of
organic compounds with the exercises are offered.
Students learn the origin of the carbon-carbon bond and understand the stereochemistry and reactions of hydrocarbons containing single, double and triple bond. In addition, students understand the generation and cleavage of the chemical bonds by the movement of a pair of electrons, and lay the foundation to theoretically understand various reactions learning in the future.

- To be able to explain the formation of covalent bond and the shape of the molecule by hybrid orbital (Schedule 1 - 3)
