Purpose of class
Understand and practice sportsmanship and show leadership in situations. In addition, students will manage their lifestyle not only in class but also establish proper lifestyle habits.
Sports Science Practice 2 is for students who have obtained credits for Sports Science Practice 1. It is the consolidation phase of sportsmanship and requires attentiveness to others and leadership.
Course description
This class is designed to improve social skills and physical fitness through the practice of sports and to cultivate habits of risk management at all times.
