The objective of this course is to learn the frameworks and techniques of project management and to deepen students’ understanding
through case studies and practical exercises.
To prepare students to work effectively across a wide range of industries, this course helps them understand why project management
is important and introduces its frameworks and techniques. Through case studies and exercises, students deepen their understanding
and develop the ability to create project plans.
The course covers standard project management processes and bodies of knowledge, as well as project management tools and techniques through practical exercises. Students also learn the overall process of project planning and create a project plan through hands-on exercises so that they can apply what they have learned to real-world problems.
