Purpose of class
This course aims to recognize and recall major terms and concepts in experimental psychology.
Course description
This course introduces experimental psychology, dealing with perception, cognition, memory, thinking, attention, and learning. This course also enhanced the development of students’ skills in carrying out many psychological experiments. Most of experiments are onlne ones. Group works are also done. This course is conducted in Japanese.
Goals and objectives
  1. To describe and explain the essential concepts of perception like Gestalt laws.
  2. To describe and explain the essential concepts of memory, attention, and thinking.
  3. To describe and explain the essential concepts of leaning.
  4. To plan and execute basic psychological experiments.
