Course description
Physical Education 2 is a course available to students who have completed Physical Education 1. Students select one sport or activity not chosen in Physical Education 1. They are required to acquire the necessary techniques and physical fitness for that chosen activity while safely engaging in physical activity. Furthermore, the course aims to further enhance the rich humanity and communication skills necessary for working adults—which students sought to acquire in Physical Education 1—by participating in classes with an awareness of sportsmanship. Additionally, students are required to consistently reflect on their daily lives as learned in Physical Education 1 every day during the course period, thereby establishing this as a proper habit. This practice aims to improve and establish long-term lifestyle habits, with an eye toward university life and, ultimately, subsequent working life.
