Acquire basic knowledge of building facilities such as air conditioning equipment, plumbing and sanitation equipment, electrical
equipment, and fire prevention and disaster prevention equipment.
In recent years, the importance of the positioning of building facilities has been increasing when planning buildings.
Building facilities play an important role in fulfilling the functions of a building.
In this lecture, the functions and configurations of specific building facility items, such as air conditioning equipment, plumbing and sanitation equipment, electrical equipment, and fire prevention, disaster prevention equipment, will be explained.
Additionally, the main basic calculation methods will be described, allowing students to acquire essential foundational knowledge of building facilities.
